WINE BASICS
Storage - Wines are best kept in a temperature controlled, consistent climate, on their side, (lying down). The ideal storage location is in a dedicated wine cellar, with the temperature maintained between 52 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit . 

 

Serving Temperature - (in Fahrenheit)
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc:  60 - 65 degrees
Red Burgundy, Pinot Noir:  59 degrees
Rose Wines:  50 degrees
Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Viognier: 50 - 55 degrees
Champagne, Sparkling Wine: 41 degrees
